Ajax Consulting Services, LLC provides third party ownership with owner’s representation, project management and execution for their large construction and capital projects. Ajax serves as project managers and construction managers on projects ranging from new construction to renovation/retro-fits of existing structures and spaces. Our clients consist of real estate developers and owners seeking to maximize their return on investment with cost effective project management and execution, as well as lenders and other investors who need assistance completing a development project.
Our team has successfully completed projects ranging from $1 million to over $400 million. Ajax has been involved with construction projects that include the full spectrum of product types including hotels, residential projects, medical facilities, schools, retail, industrial and office buildings. Ajax has a very hands-on management style and believes in close coordination during pre-construction and heavy on site presence during the construction phase. As a service provider, we manage the permitting, development and construction of complex projects on behalf of our clients.
While our development management team is based in New England, Ajax manages projects throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico.
