Our assignment involves numerous projects consisting of civil, structural, architectural and mechanical components; design team management and contractor management, Ajax’s construction management services typically begin during design, and include:
- Schedule and budget evaluation
- Value engineering
- Constructability reviews
- Accuracy checks on cost estimates
- Weighting project alternatives
- Structuring bid packages for lowest cost construction
- Monitoring and coordinating daily construction activities.
