Ajax recently completed the renovation of the 355-room Hotel Sax Chicago
(previously the House of Blues Hotel). Ajax managed the renovation of the
guestrooms, suites, lobby, lounge and meeting rooms. Additionally, Ajax
managed the new construction of a 20,000 square foot state of the art conference
center which includes an impressive array of audio and video equipment
including a 36 foot wide video wall and fully-integrated meeting rooms
and a VIP Boardroom. Additionally, this build out of existing vacant tenant
space includes a new banquet kitchen and offices for banquet staff. Ajax
managed the Hotel Sax project from design conception through the completion
of construction.
